Created updated Information Architecture and UX Design mockups for new site design.
Migrated custom store site and main Shopify site into single WordPress site.
Setup WooCommerce and full retail side of site (non-resort items).
Advised on future POS and accounting integrations.

1. Updated Site Architecture
Starting with original legacy pages came up with updated site architecture for WordPress site based on UX principles and experienced knowledge of resort. Created high level categories to allow user to easily see a multitude of options without being overwhelmed with choices. Grouped like activities together so that users can quickly see types of options at resort.
2. Homepage Layout
Created lo fidelity mockups for Homepage based on WordPress tools, elements, and options available based on theme selected. These sections highlight areas of the resort the Marketing Department is attempting to draw more attention to. Starts with large attention grabbing banner (with possible video), highlighting best deals, family adventures, things for younger visitors, and more.
3. Homepage Header Reel Ideas
Created multiple header banner ideas for above mockup to show examples of how header area could be used to highlight different aspects of the resort. This would be content for a rotating banner so that the header can always be updated based on what's going on at the resort during that time of year.
4. Additional New Site Mockup Pages
About Us
Idea for an updated "About Us" page that would not only give information about the rivers that were run at the resort, but also history of the resort and the land that it's on. This would give a personal touch to the website and connect users to the history of the resort.
